The University of Chicago Urban Network has been working to create a resource to make it easier for scholars and others interested in urban social science to learn about new studies, find data sources, and learn about upcoming conferences or other events.  The Urban Portal (http://urbanportal.org) contains a continuously updated set of resources for researchers, policy makers, journalists, and the general public.  We encourage you to check out the site and send comments, suggestions, or information you would like posted.
